After several years with the Ensemble of the Dresden Semperoper where she sang the roles of Rosina (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Cherubino (Le Nozze di Figaro), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel), Carmen, Second Lady (The Magic Flute), Hänsel (Hänsel und Gretel, Humperdinck), Medoro (Orlando, Handel) and Flora (La Traviata, Verdi), Gala El Hadidi sings on international stages.
She took part also in Gustav Mahler’s 8th Symphony with the Israel Philharmonic in May and sang Barbaricha in The tale of Tsar Saltan by Rimski-Korsakov at Dresden Operette.
Recently, she sang Carmen in Zurich and Liege this season as well as with “Opéra en plein air” in Paris and on tour.
Among her projects : the title role of La Belle Hélène in St. Gallen.
